Badge Guide

Here's where to sew those badges on - this is the Kea version but other Sections are pretty much the same.
The basics are easy - place it in the right place and sew!

Being a uniform there are rules - NOT ALL badges are permitted on the uniform.  We love badges in scouts and many are made by various leaders etc.  just to commemorate something.  Badges that can't go on the uniform are called "blanket only badges."

National event badges (ANZAC Day, JOTT, Scarf Day, Mudslide Day) go on the left arm but only up to 2 at a time and should be removed / replaced after 3 months.

The Malvern 75th Anniversary badge and the Covid-19 Teddy Bear Hunt Badge are blanket only badges - they should not be on the the uniform or scarf.
